1. Definitions

The following definitions apply to these Terms & Conditions:

• "We", "us", "our", "Carrier", "Nikkou", "Company" - Refers to Nikkou Logistics Limited, its employees, and service providers
• "You", "your", "consignor" - Refers to the sender, consignor or consignee of the Consignment
• "Services" - Includes goods transport, hiring of labor, and other services offered by Nikkou
• "Consignment" - Any package, parcel, or freight accepted by us for carriage
• "Dangerous Goods" - Goods classified as dangerous under applicable regulations

2. User Eligibility

• Services are available only to individuals/businesses that can form legally binding contracts
• Users must be at least 18 years of age
• Nikkou may refuse service to anyone at any time at its sole discretion

3. User Agreement

This agreement applies to all users accessing our website/services. By using our Services, you agree to:

• Use the site solely for personal or internal purposes
• Comply with all additional terms for specific services
• Accept any amendments made to these terms

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Nikkou owns all rights to website content including design, text, images, etc.
• Unauthorized copying or use of trademarks is prohibited
• Systematic retrieval of content to create databases is prohibited without permission

5. Terms for Vehicle Services

• Customer shall pay all applicable fares, charges and taxes
• Services are used at customer's sole risk
• Prohibited activities include:
  • Damaging vehicles or devices
  • Asking drivers to break traffic rules
  • Overloading vehicles beyond capacity
• Cancellation policy:
  • Cancellations after 5 minutes of driver allocation incur ₹50 fee
  • 4 cancellations in a day may suspend account for 24 hours

6. Labour Services

• Only ground floor to ground floor loading/unloading (max 25 feet/8 meters distance)
• Max weight per box: 25kg (max 30 boxes)
• Labour charges will be automatically added to invoice
• Customer or representative must be present during loading/unloading

7. Your Obligations

You warrant and guarantee to us:

• Consignment contents are properly described
• No prohibited or dangerous goods are included
• All information provided is true and correct
• Correct weight is declared
• Valuables (cash, jewelry, etc.) are not suitable for transportation
• Consignments over ₹25,000 must be insured

8. Dangerous Goods/Security

• We generally do not carry Dangerous Goods
• Some Dangerous Goods may be accepted at our discretion with proper documentation
• We do not accept consignments containing Prohibited Items

9. GST

• GST will be levied on invoices as applicable
• No retrospective revisions for delayed GST registration information
• Reverse charge taxes (if applicable) must be paid by service recipient

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
